If you copy a Sketch , you only need to copy the Sketch because its a single object. But if you copy a PartDesign Body , yo...

... Similarly, we can the take that table object, and give it some properties, such as board thickness. If we change the board thickness, I want to be able to have the all screws automatically adjust to be the correct length as well ... This exists in the Arch Workbench somehow. Many Arch objects h...

Re: Speeding Up Initial Script Execution

... Perhaps someone can point me in the right direction to getting started solving this problem. Thanks in advance. The problem that I see is that you are creating too many "document objects". Every "thing" that appears in the tree view is an App DocumentObject , so it takes memory and makes things...

...that multiple solids support is in the works as well,... Currently, the PartDesign Body must have a single contiguous solid. This is a limitation explicitly added when it was envisioned and created around 2015-2016 by the developers at that time. But this limitation can be removed, which is what...

Re: Windows top Bar stays White in Darker Theme

... I thought it would be enough to mention it in the Text, following the "About" of FreeCAD you asked for: There is a reason we ask the full information of the software, because every bit matters.
