Re: New user observations & guidance request
completely different subject - who would like join forces to initiate a crowdfunding campaign to invest in FreeCAD development? If you mean with "invest" to collect money to pay for some development, I would support it (there are other topic about this). If "invest" means that y...

Re: New user observations & guidance request
Sorry for not verifying that (sketches tha became inaccesible) they are in here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3368982 The sketches that become invisible I learned to turn on via the property field. But I commented previously that make visible to show/reuse may have to be further graduated by co...

Re: New user observations & guidance request
If you want to polarPattern a whole body, use Draft Array on it. Looks possible, _except_ I cant edit the 3d coordinates that would define the center of the circular (polar) array... Re: Right Click Menu Item Request
I'd sure love to be a programmer too... My excuse is: I am blind... I am always waiting for some breakthrough that takes us from being 'watchers of linear projections on screens (code lines) to watchers of higher dimensional flow (causing those lower dimensional shadows (all in paraphrasing Plato wi...

Re: New user observations & guidance request
Instead of repeating the contents you could have used a link. In some ways it is like a continuous tutorial. I download lots of the problem FCStd files, and I learn a lot. (Often I learn what to avoid!) That's exactly my way of learning. And it is suitable for beginners as well. Try to find solutio...
