Re: GuiCommand model Wiki page

Most SeeAlso links follow the general wiki standard for links, apparently this makes sense for the majority of editors. IMO we need very, very good reasons to deviate from that. When the link points to the same WB, the prefix does not provide additional info. And when clicking on such a link you se...

While we are waiting for the backports, maybe we can come up with something.
All necessary things are now in the 0-19 branch. Can you please tag 0.19.2?

Re: Improve support of high DPI displays

Says who? The Qt or the FreeCAD marketing department? The forum is the marketing department  4k 15.6" HiDPI Screen here. Starting the AppImage with no Qt sauce results in humongous "many things" Without sauce it is like with asparagus - doable but not nice. Jokes aside, what is your syst...

Re: ANSI Sprocket generator

What is your hope for the math domain error? Do you want a more sensible error message or are you hoping to limit the user's input to a maximum value? The latter because this is how FreeCAD usually behaves. So you can use a float spin edit and set the minimum/maximum to the currently allowed values.

Re: Elmer in FreeCAD - Tutorial Challenge - Tutorial 4

I decided this one is not quite yet done. I think we needs more weeks until it is done. I mean I tried it, then I encountered a bmunch of material card issues, then GmsH issues, then the missing unit. All Gmsh issues I found are now fixes, also the specific heat is now understood by FC. But there a...

Re: [finally released] FreeCAD 0.19 Windows installer release candidate

I have update the libpack with gmsh 4.8.3. I simply installed the pip gmsh package, and copy the exe and dll into bin directory. [/quote] Thanks. But why is there a DLL? The official Win builds has just one big .exe: http://gmsh.info/bin/Windows/gmsh-4.8.3-Windows64.zip Maybe the pip version has so...

Has my suggestion git commit 8ec9bfa been removed from the list for some reason,
It is again in the list since it was already backported to the 0-19 branch today.

So for 0.19.2 there are only two stylesheet PRs left.

Re: [finally released] FreeCAD 0.19 Windows installer release candidate

I just made a new LibPack by simply replacing Qt 5.12.1 with Qt 5.12.2 inside official LibPack 12.5.3. Not sure if it is still relevant. https://github.com/realthunder/FreeCAD_assembly3/releases/download/0.11/FreeCADLibs_12.5.4_x64_VC17.7z Many thanks! The only missing thing in your package is to u...

potentially related memory leak stuff:
Thanks, I added them to the list: https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewtopic. ... 59#p495659

These fixes are made by Werner so he knows what should be backported.

Re: ANSI Sprocket generator

Here is a reference for the proper extruded profile. Thanks. Since you are the author of the feature, can you please add here: https://wiki.freecadweb.org/PartDesign_Sprocket the info on where to find the different sprocket norms? Can you please also have a look at the bugs I mentioned here?: https...
