STEP AP201 and AP202 draughting capabilities were incorporated into AP203 edition 2, which is superceded by AP242. STEP already contains shape definitions for both CSG and parametric feature based procedural geometry. The former includes swept solids and boolean combinations. See the article by Goult on part 42 starting on page 108 that mentions CSG.
