Filet failed with message "Base feature's shape is not a solid"
I've failed to make a filet to the lower rim of the disc in the attached file. Please help me with the reason and the fix.

"No FEM mesh for export selected" when exporting to stl
I've tried various selections in the tree and got the same message. Exporting to 3mf did work. Should I settle on this one, for 3D print? And also, How do I use this body as external geometry for new one? I've added new body, but failed to select external geometry of this one. I've attached the part...

I've menage to do it, by converting the part to solid, splitting it, transforming one section aside and closing the gap by pulling one face using Trimex from the Draft workbench. [SOLVED] Pad: Result has multiple solids problem
Hi,
The first pic shows an attempt to make a nicer lugs of the part in the second pic.
Padding resulted "Pad: Result has multiple solids problem" error.
It looks like I'm doing it wrong, I need some guidance.
