And also, How do I use this body as external geometry for new one? I've added new body, but failed to select external geometry of this one. I've attached the part...

I've menage to do it, by converting the part to solid, splitting it, transforming one section aside and closing the gap by pulling one face using Trimex from the Draft workbench. Hi,
The first pic shows an attempt to make a nicer lugs of the part in the second pic.
Padding resulted "Pad: Result has multiple solids problem" error.
It looks like I'm doing it wrong, I need some guidance.
