chamfers and fillets are very poorly cooperative, the results are often discouraging
which version do you want straight or rounded corners
for the right corners: you cross your fingers and pray to the Holy Scriptures
for round corners it may be that making a tiny radius to the spokes works better

if you want to enlarge a thickness (of the hubs or the bottom of the hole) you select the face and Pad of the additional value, so you do not have to modify the sketch

I made 3 horizontal profiles
a south that goes to the axis
2nd west a little shorter
3rd north clone from the south turn 180° and shorten
a 1/2 oval path, a sweep and mirror
this is the only solution I found so that the profile does not twist
and drill at the end of the pipe hole
