And how can I flaten the bspline curves even more? They are not really smooth, are there any configuration options to use only each second or third point, or do I have to manually delete each point?

Downgrading to edges I get holes and cant upgrade to wires back again. How do I repair the section lines or how do I avoid holes in the first place?

Maybe it would be easier to use unity for rendering the vr.

hammax, your sketch is only one of 30 in this case. It might be 1000 slices for bigger meshes. I really need each section transformed into a editable nurbs, BSplines and or CurvesWB.
