Re: Sketcher Question

Could you detail this a bit more? Where/when are you finding the Sketcher "Select a Feature". :?: Create a new file, create a new body and then create a sketch. You are presented the following in the combo box Screenshot from 2019-12-07 19-36-28.png I haven't been able to find any information on wh...

Re: How to slice top of body at a compound angle?

I am a retired mechanic with very good spatial sense but no CAD experience and I am going nuts here trying to learn the simplest operations in FC! I naively thought I was going to be able to sketch in 3 dimensions and then tweak from there to get my final part. Very little about this program is int...

Re: Combobox sizing issue 0.19 on Ubuntu 19.10

More data points: - the size issue only effects combobox that expect reals (i.e. 1.5 as opposed to integers), no issue with text boxes - it doesn't effect all non-integer fields(i.e. in preferences, for example, some real fields are ok, others sized wrong on same tab) - I can find no other programs ...

When I do anything that has a combobox to enter values I get this: ComboboxSize.png I can enter the value blind, so focus is correct. I ...

Here my version.

I set in the AdditivePipe in the Transition to Right corner. Then it works.
FreeCAD info:
So, the docs just note the corner transitions exist...anybody know what they mean?

Re: Complex sweep, boolean, thickness fails

The last attempt I posted on git hub was two separate pipes, then a boolean of them (the left two pipes). The result was three open ends.

I then copied that, transformed it. Then did a boolean. That produced 4 open ends and the fused end closed.

@GlouGlou can you share your FC file or your process?
