In light of ppemawm's request, I'm curious if it's possible to do a top-down design process while also breaking the assembly into multiple files?

Are there advantages to building assemblies with Body objects outside of Part containers? I worry that this new feature of Assembly 4 further convolutes the idea of what a Part is compared to a Body, which can already be quite confusing at times for new users.
