I'm trying to figure out how to add a free-form contour to the edge of a primitive. Say, for example, I have a long 2x4 of wood modeled, and wanted to turn it into a piece of crown-molding. Seems like I should be able to draw the shape of the molding on the edge and cut the entire length of the boar...

Here's the freecad file that generate that DXF file -- I used an exaggerated fillet in the lower right corner of the model to illustrate the issue...

Any update on this issue? When I try to use fillet on the corner of a part made in FreeCad v14, the DXF export cuts the entire circle out of the corner instead of rounding the edge.

I have a cylinder made with a primitive, and would like to add a convex contour to the top side of it -- so that it is "slightly" domed on top. How might I do that?

I found and deleted the point at the top of the arc, but can't find the other one.... How did you all find it -- or do I really need the elements tool?

When I make a part with many different shapes and cuts, I seem to have a hard time exporting it all as one thing to an STL file for printing. Selecting the last thing in the tree doesn't typically work to get the whole thing, and my success rate using the "make union" is hit or miss. Is th...
