Re: FREECAD 0.21.2.33771 - CHIUSURA IMPROVVISA FREECAD

Re: Vincoli ridondanti in simmetria

Re: Unfold is failing on a certain step file
Greetings to the Community! Jantas Why not use Part's "Defeaturing" function :?: Just select all the faces (above and below) of the wrong holes and proceed from wb "Part" --> "Defeaturing", then select the face and unfold the body with the wb "Sheet Metal". ;)

Re: How to cut vertically oriented "slits" on inside face of vessel
Greetings to the Community! RUFlingItNowMrKrabs I don't know if this is what you intend to achieve :?: In FreeCAD, slicing objects is not at all complex, the vase by frcaduser for example was sliced according to parallel planes and radial planes, obtaining 242 individual pieces, but it is possible t...

Re: Angles Seem to be on Wrong Axis
Greetings to the Community! sonnichs The triple axes you see in the image, from my previous replica, has been drawn, but now I think I have understood what you want, to see/have the local triple axes you can simply create a "Local_CS" from the "Part Design" wb (Local coordinate s...

Re: Angles Seem to be on Wrong Axis
Greetings to the Community!
@sonnichs
I hope the image helps to clarify.
The global "YZ" plane becomes the local "XY" plane; for example if you had chosen the global "XZ" mapping plane, this plane becomes the local "XY" plane.

Re: Two Face Sweep - One End Is Hollow
Greetings to the Community! frcaduser The problem is highlighted in the animated gif, I also point out that "small_ring" has a different number of vertices (6) from "medium_ring" (4) this can give rise, in other cases, to alterations in the final result, so it is always better ha...

Re: Part Design Boolean not cutting objects
Greetings to the Community! treecivilization Sorry but your way of proceeding is absolutely confusing. First of all, it should be remembered that it is absolutely not recommended for beginners/newbies to mix workbenches, understood as functions, "Part" and "Part Design", in your ...

Re: [bug] If default section cut is set to PAT hatch, sections start with no hatch
Greetings to the Community! wandererfan I apologize for the delay in responding to your request. Not in the editor, but directly in the "Name Geom Pattern" parameter, a drop-down menu showing the possibilities of the *.pat file would be good. The editor offers the possibility to cha...
