This is a PR for the Docker repository.

While looking at PR #1 again I tried it out and found you can no longer build the master branch with that image, so I put together PR #3 which is a simple ubuntu-based docker image that can successfully build the FC master branch.

While trying to get a ubuntu-docker up and running I found that there was an old and out-of-date Dockerfile in the main FC repository.

I've sent a PR to remove it and other files that appear outdated. Further details in the PR.
