Re: editing draft Besier curve
Thank you Thomas. I haven't used the Arch WB. Looks like some powerful tools. I'm still interested in knowing how to snap the original curve to the wp grid and how to edit the bezier curve without it snapping to the current working plane. Also, if anyone can figure out what that unselectable line is...

Re: editing draft Besier curve
Here's a piece of what I'm working with. The sweep contains the curve. Haven't been able to upload this until now, so I created the first file as an example of my issue. Note that there is what appears to be a curve remnant which is not selectable and does not show in tree. ? InkedBesier curve_LI.jp...

editing draft Besier curve
I'm trying to create a 3D Besier Curve. The first problem is that I cannot "snap" to the working plane grid. I've got the "Snap to grid" options set in preferences and on the tool bar. After creating the curve with the TOP plane, I switch the plane to FRONT. When I move the end p...

Re: Circular text orientation
Thank you Mario52. I was able to get what I needed. However, I ran into an issue with reversing the text string. See the screen shots to compare with the model. red: this is what I wanted but the inclusive angle was too big. green: I narrowed the angle and the text reversed without me reversing it. ...

Re: Circular text orientation
Next question. I have applied these same settings to a new circular text. See the last feature in the tree.
I can't get the text to change orientation. If I "reverse" the string, it reverses but stays in the same orientation.

Circular text orientation
In the attachment I have created a circular text within the oval. I want to complete it with the text "METER" at the bottom of the oval with the text oriented upward like the top text. I see examples of this being accomplished but I can't pull it off. Any suggestions? OS: Windows 10 Versio...
