No. I want to add a "cleat" down the middle of the core, a six cube as part of the subassembly.

Just go to the part in the tree and change it, everything should adjust after. Post your file, its awfully hard to see what you've done to offer any advice. Sorry. So, if I now want to revised the fused part, how do I un-fuze it? I had to use "union" to "fuse" so I'm really not sure what name to be looking for. Thanks.
