1. Why was the 0.19_pre release deleted?
In the past we have always deleted the pre_ when the dev cycle ends and is replaced with the stable.
In the past we would have created 0.20_pre but instead we created weekly-builds. This should allow the link to be static going forward.

Re: [finally released] FreeCAD 0.19 Windows installer release candidate

Yes, the full Qt. So should I upload my LibPack? I can also upload just the release package without the debug libraries. We should figure a way to centralize this. There are a few of us now maintaining the Libpack. Keeping versions straight is important. pinged by pinger macro While we are waiting ...

Re: OpenSCAD imported object not identical in FreeCAD

I think you misunderstood me; it worked just as you described. But the OpenSCAD import still shows an incorrect gear. I did  I thought you meant the About FreeCAD was the same. Twist is being limited to 360 degrees for some reason -- it's not immediately obvious to me where that's happening, ...

Yes, I just upgraded from Qt 5.15.1 to 5.15.2. I can provide the "patched" LibPack with which I built and turn211 confirmed the bug was fixed.
That's awesome, did you also upgrade the debug?

Re: OpenSCAD imported object not identical in FreeCAD

In any case, tried it again, now unzipped to 0.20 and it still gives exactly the same result. I just downloaded FreeCAD_0.20.24691_Win-LPv12.5.3_vc17.x-x86-64.7z Navigate to Downloads, with 7zip I "Extract Here" A folder called FreeCAD_0.20.24691_Win-LPv12.5.3_vc17.x-x86-64 is created in Downloads ...

I downloaded it and started the FreeCAD.exe. About tells me this is still 0.19?
You must extract the download with .7zip and then start FreeCAD.exe from the extracted bin sub-directoryz.

Re: [fixed] [regression] broken encoding in About dialog

Looks like this is going to take me a little longer, the files aren't available in the conda build.
I can copy the LICENSE.html and CONTRIBUTORS from the src tree, but I don't know what to do about the ThirdPartyLibraries.html?

Yes, this fixes the bug. I'll now build a new installer that you can test.
Did you upgrade QT yourself?

Re: OpenSCAD imported object not identical in FreeCAD

I would be happy to test it out if there is a 0.20 build for windows somewhere, but I could not find it. Last time I tried to build FreeCAD on windows it took me forever, so I am not going to try that again... https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD-AppImage/releases/tag/weekly-builds The LP build is cu...
