I don't understand what you mean by "tab", but it sounds anyway as if your file has more problems than some trimming. Without the file this remains pure guesswork.

It is exactly as I said, but after a complete recompute you have an error in Sketch005. You have probably changed the number of instances in the properties, or something else without recomputing. The image shows two curves, and the are not connected. You cannot sweep along those two.

To attach a sketch to a spline or any other thing, click MapMode, then click the button occurring at the right. Select the spline and use mode Frenet NB.

If it is shown in the Python console, can't you use the commands shown there as well?

If you need more help, it could be helpful to attach the file. We don't even know if you use Sketcher or Draft workbench for the circle.
