Re: Sketcher_restoreInternal tool discussion
Or why not just use construction lines and leave the rest up to the users themselves? It would be a similar situation as we have now. It still needs the function to restore the internal geometry. Instead of removing it may need a function to move it to a separate layer so that it doesn't clutter th...

Re: Forum very very slow (again)
Do you mean a reply in an existing thread ? It may stay rather slow generally due to that check for new replies. To be precise: - clicking the reply button in an existing topictakes right now < 1sec. (- writing the reply takes some minutes, sometimes many of them) - confirming with "Submit&quo...

Re: a2plus vs Assembly4
No, Assembly is the new builtin assembly workbench. I'm not really familiar with either of them, but I would say, that the builtin is not yet on par with Assembly4. As Assembly is builtin, it may be the dominant workbench on the long run.

Hi and welcome to the forum!
I'm not sure if this is the right place. Is this a general or rather a Python question? In the latter case, I can move it to the Python forum.

Re: a2plus vs Assembly4
What is "better"? If you look at the usage and the models created - e.g. from ppemawm - then it is probably Assembly4 which has more advantages.

Re: gNucleus : Generate FreeCAD models by GenAI
I have approved this topic, but I do have some serious doubts: is this spam, is this fake? I'm not at all sure about this either: The only thing shown about the company is an email account; no person, no adress, perhaps not registered with anything official. Perhaps they are from Delaware. Perhaps ...
