I often use cylinders or other primitives to start a model. They are totally stable and are never affected by topological naming issues.

Und genau die Stelle dürfte auch beim Verrunden das Problem sein: Derart spitz zulaufende Verrundungen gehen regelmäßig schief: FreeCAD kann i.allg. bei einer Verrundung nicht die gesamte angrenzende Fläche verbrauchen.

If you want to mirror so many features, you should consider using a Part->Mirror on the whole Body instead.

Deshalb werden Gewinde auch bei den großen Jungs normalerweise nicht mitmodelliert. 37 sek. kommt mir allerdings auch sehr lang vor.

Das einzeln ablegen liegt daran, das viele Teile auch an diversen weiteren Stellen verbaut werden sollen. Z.B.: Die Bremshalter auch hinten. Oft ist jetzt auch noch nicht absehbar, an welchen Stellen ein Teil nochmal benötigt wird. Wenn man das in einer Datei macht, dann würde man mit Klonen arbeit...

Ich würde vorschlagen diese Teile abhängig voneinander zu modellieren - darum geht es ja bei parametrischer Modellieriung.

You are right. That can be done only if you get the faces as input.

I second freedman's guess. To know more we need a preferably simple file showing the issue.

I didn't mean to change from the loft to something else, only to use the faces instead of the circles.
