Both sketches do indeed have the same coordinate system, but one of the two original sketches was moved...

The workaround is to separate the circle and use a negative offset; but it's of course only a workaround.

Be careful with an FDM printed fan, that it doesn't destroy your old car's cooler, which will be even more difficult to print.

You can try to place the placed objects in a compound - which is placed in (0,0,0) and export that.
