You are right. Now (UTC 15:15) reading posts, opening replies, editing a post is really fast. Only creating a new post still takes ~15 seconds.

In the new implementation, where points are normal geometry by default, I simply do not know if this immunity has been preserved. I hope it has. Then, if a drop down point button was made, keeping the immunity would allow everybody to work in the way they want - I can make the point button construc...

I don't understand these "noses" you have. Without them you could make the pad longer ("thicker") then fillet all edges and finally cut top and bottom off so that you have sharp edges again.
This would even be toponaming safe.

Thanks for the feedback, I probably missed a topic on this. Could it be a cascading sticky button (is that the correct term?) like the two modes of arc creation and the two modes of circle creation? In both those cases, the icon changes according to the option selected, so the point could turn from ...
