I had started to look at this but then ran out of time. What I had worryingly discovered was that there seemed to be no record in the Moderators Log of edwilliams16 deleting those posts which he deleted. I will have another look... I see now that Werner deleted the ghost posts yesterday, well 20th ...

Maybe, if you attach the fcstd file we could look at it and see. The only thing that I can think of is that maybe you did not have the correct body "active" at the correct time, double click on a body to make it active.

Welcome to FreeCAD. If you want to use the image tag and have the image show then you must post a URL direct to the image rather than a URL to the page containing the image. Hi, a quick response, just model the same thing as shown in your screen shots, then Pad a strip of material along the top.
