it seems that FC0.19 pre github Assets page is missing SHA256.txt files for:
FreeCAD_0.19.XXXXX_x64_LP_12.1.6_PY3QT5-WinVS2015.7z
and
FreeCADLibs_XX.X.X_x64_VC15.7z
Linux-Conda, macOS and Win-Conda are just fine.
