Re: Who can help if not Zolko

As an ordinary user, I don't care what he says, I value what he makes. If words can kill, I will have been dead for a lot of times. Why being so like a child? Get united everybody, we have a greater mission ahead!

Re: How to apply 3D constraint with Assembly 4 workbench?

There seems to be LCS constraint planned by the author of asm4. Zolko wrote: Later, it should be possible to define degrees of freedom in the LCS and develop constraints to solve them (for example you can leave the rotation around an axis free, or a translation...). The number of degrees of freedom ...

How to apply 3D constraint with Assembly 4 workbench?

I have seen people using 2D master sketch to apply constraint with assembly 4, so the user do not need to calculate the precise angle between LCSes. But the sketch workbench is only 2D. To make the asm4 a real competitor to asm3, it has to support 3D constraint in some form. How to I assemble 4 rods...

Re: Assembly3, A2plus, Assembly4? Get united!

I've heard Assembly 4 doesn't have topological naming issue. But these LCSs actually needs something to attach to, what if one of these attachment is changed or deleted? [qutoe] Can you provide a reference to this "heard" discussion? You can have a simple example of put a lcs on the cylin...

Re: Assembly3, A2plus, Assembly4? Get united!

I've heard Assembly 4 doesn't have topological naming issue. But these LCSs actually needs something to attach to, what if one of these attachment is changed or deleted? So we need something that doesn't change to overcome the topological naming isssue. Something that can assist the constraint ancho...
