Re: Macro doesn't install via add-on manager due to missing images

Thanks for that, I see it's in the latest point release.
Looks like there are a few python warnings I should resolve now!

Macro doesn't install via add-on manager due to missing images

Hi A long time ago I wrote this macro code - https://wiki.freecad.org/Macro_View_Rotation - and made it available before the add-on manager was implemented (I assume so anyway). As far as I know the code still works (I manually installed it on 0.19.3), but I'm unable to install it via the add-on man...

Re: From FreeCAD To The Real World

Hello people, I also made a small side project using FreeCAD and I thing that came out nice so, here it is. Is a hanger for my bike, made from steel and wood. The wood was a scrap piece from the construction of my coffee table. The steel part is cut on a laser cutter. I really like this tbh, it's s...

Years ago I wrote this macro, I believe it still works, and it looks like it's available under the add-on manager, 'View rotation'

Re: Open source licences

Excellent, thanks, looks like it should work well, I'll have a deeper look at that later.

Cheers

Re: Open source licences

Thanks for the responses. Ultimately what I'd like is a 'curve-by-equation' to be available in a sketch, whereby the user can define multiple functions which are evaluated over the domain of a parameter to define a curve. This could end up being quite complex - my use for it previously required solv...

Open source licences

Hi. Returning after a long absence. I'm currently thinking about a little feature I used quite a lot back when I was using a commercial CAD package. I've only just started thinking about it so I don't really want to go into it until/if I have something to show. It will likely require using third par...
