Re: Degree Symbol on Dimensions - PR2091 - Opinions?
I work in manufacturing (machined parts for semiconductor industry and aerospace) in the US, using imperial units. All drawings that I work with explicitly call out degrees for angular dimensions and that makes sense. In the example above, the dimensions that we think is angular could be construed a...

I vote to remove it even if just to cut down on confusion with help requests and bug reports.

Re: libarea dependency
Any libarea repos found outside the FreeCAD source are going to be incompatible and not maintained at this point. I might be wrong, but think I remember that the boost lib was used for python bindings in libarea, starting way back in the HeeksCAM days. So another approach might be to come up with a ...

Re: Can I install the Path Worckbench on V15
My MacBook Pro is a bit out dated. I bought it in 05 or 06. Im fairly certain 10.6.8 is as far as I can take it. I don't have the desire to learn Linux. I'm likely going to buy another computer. Does freecad 15 have a method to make a tool path and convert it into GCode? I just bought a Desktop cnc...

Just for my clarification, do you have the global unit options in FC set to metric or are those also in imperial?
