Re: [Bug?] Freecad 0.19 crashes when open a Drawing inside a Freecad file

Freecad crashes totally (like shuts down) when I try to open serveral internal drawings (techDrawfile) from a freecad file. One internal drawing is working partly. It opens it , changes the Templates as I pointed them out but does not show any drawings. The others bring freecad to crash. and all ha...

Re: Ubuntu Impish builds fail

I searched on my hard-disk for the lost library /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libdl.so and found /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libdl.so.2. (Version 2 of the library) So I simply created a link name "libdl.so" to libdl.so.2 and compiling run through and first check with compiled FreeCad seems fine...

Re: 'FreeCAD' is not a built-in module

Is that correct?
If you run the Python interpreter directly or import the FreeCAD module with an external Python-based application then it loads FreeCAD.pyd.

If you start FreeCAD.exe or FreeCADCmd.exe then there is the built-in module called FreeCAD.

Re: Windows 11 error 0x80000003 on startup

How comes that it again crashes because of Qt5WebEngineCore.dll after you have renamed it? The application shouldn't be able to load this file because it doesn't exist any more.

Re: Backlight not working on Mac

Backlight is a global setting and doesn't depend on particular objects. You set it in the preferences under Viewer > 3D Viewer and there you should select another color than black.
