Re: FreeCAD Website Design

I visited the snap store at https://snapcraft.io/freecad and noticed that the developer website link points to freecad.org and not freecadweb.org, perhaps a typo? we should ping @vejmarie Hello, .... Let me dig a little bit more futher, to enhance all of that. I made that build because I received r...

Re: Ubuntu snap: A quick try

Hello, I am working on upgrading OCCT and Python as well as Qt, but snap build is a "tricky/unfunny" build thing (and it takes time). Regarding the look and feel there is unfortunatly not that much I can do as long as Canonical doesn't fix that. Roughly the current build is a port of 0.17 to 0.18. R...

Re: Export step assembly

Hi,

ooops, I missed the release date, need to update the snap either. I have seen the a2plus fork, but it has the same behavior with Step export.

Re: Ubuntu snap: A quick try

thanks for the deep feedbacks, and another time sorry for such long delays. My past year has just been a mess. I am automatizing the 0.18 build and the beta channel shall be updated probably one time a week of everybody is ok ? Doing it at each PR seems to me perhaps too much, I was expecting to lau...

Re: Ubuntu snap: A quick try

0.17 snap update is online This is based on 13509 commit (official initial commit). I can build an update, but need to know the commit id string 0258808ccb6ba3bd5ea9312f79cd023f1a8671b7 (this is 13509) of the latest one as to rebuild it. I will automatize nightly build tonight, and push some patches...
