the BlenderBIM Add-on in Blender is a full ifc editor..
some ifc to json or csv is also possible.. even scheduling..

there is some work on having a 'live-link' between FreeCAD and BlenderBIM (may be via sverchok) but i do not know the state of it.

There have been improvements on this within the ifc format.
I would recommend to ask on osarch.org.. even if mainly for architect, i believe someone could ask about this resolution problem.

still the choco update won't work for FreeCAD on win10. Chcoco find the availability of the new freecad version, but fails to update?
is it still the hash problem?
or just the install1.exe instead of install.exe ?
