A version with the ~dev suffix will always be sorted lower than subsequent backport releases, i.e. 0.19~devXXX < 0.19 < 0.19.1 ...

I agree on this with respect to stable releases. Actually the 16146 from your example is not the patch number but the build number. I just meant "patch" as in "major.minor.patch", i.e. the 3rd position, a.k.a "micro". But how should things behave for the daily versions, then? You need an increasing...

There was an old OpenCASCADE bug triggering that problem which can be found searching the forums, you probably need to wrap #include <xlocale.h> in an #if defined(__APPLE__) #endif block.

Thanks for testing and reporting! This is probably an issue with https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Job_queue so I will try to investigate and fix this weekend so that I can finish the move.

It's a good idea to keep a copy of the source around somewhere so that upstream outages don't cause you problems. It's not universal for Debian packaging, but for convenience's sake it's frequently used, especially per Science Team packaging guidelines (but not, say, Qt/KDE Team.) The master branch ...
