Ok, well I don't think the cube as such could be subject to copyright. The code yes, but the code is 100% original so that is not an issue. The "art work" i.e. graphics could in theory be subject to copyright but I'm very doubtful they are because they are so generic. Just round cornered rectangles ...
First of all It does not look exactly the same. Also, can anyone point a case where copyright would have been invoked in comparable instance.
