I hope that it work
It is still a problem but I do not know why. You should Preview your post thoroughly before Submitting.

Perhaps someone else can help with how to upload the Assembly4 files.
(This why I like all my parts in one file.)

BTW very nice models.

I don't understand?
Yeah, me neither. Somehow the links are broken in your .zip file.
Try uploading the clamp file again but without zipping. It should be small enough.

Thank you for the zip file. Which one contains the assembly?
I do not want to open every one to find out.

I have a problem with this assembly.
What version are you using?
If you can share your file we can review it.
This usually can be traced to ambiguous sketch constraints.

I think Assembly4 should follow the general FreeCAD rule, so I'll have to update the behaviour. Any comments ?
+1. Thanks in advance.

I am not a big fan of Spreadsheets, especially not for beginners. A reasonable alternative for beginners is to use the Assembly4 > Model > Variables table. I am of the opinion the sooner you learn to use variables and expressions, the better. It would be nice to have the Variables table available t...

Re: Assembly3, A2plus, Assembly4? Get united!

So, if I have a bunch of "things" designed in Part Design WB, do I need to go to each one and add a model container and move the body into the model for each part before use in Assembly4? Part container. The following threads may answer some of your questions: https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewtopic...

Re: Assembly4 usage

I went back and selected the desired geometry from Base/Sketch and it created a shape binder in the Donut. Hmmm, don't know what you are doing but seems to work for me with this version: OS: Windows 10 (10.0) Word size of OS: 64-bit Word size of FreeCAD: 64-bit Version: 0.19.19697 (Git) Build type:...

Did you mean to make a shape binder of geometry from Sketch?
