I think perpendicular can allow a 180 degree flip, but parallel can't be true for a crossing.

Parallel and perpendicular constraints can do alot.

There are issues using CAD software where almost everything is in some kind of development mode. I think that's where Assembly 4 shines, you end up being the solver by placing points of interest. This concept should be more robust.
