Hi Graycad,
your A2plus workbench is not up to date. The recent version is 0.4.23.
With this, your part can be imported.

Is there an area in the FC data structure that A2p could write data into?
What data are you thinking about to write ?

All A2p objects are scripted objects based on "Part::featurepython" . So we have full access to their entries and even can add new ones, if they are considered to be useful.

Please update your A2plus WB. The problem with the properties dialog should be fixed with Version V0.4.23

Re: A2+ Properties menu.

Hi, Just attempted my first assembly in V0.18, I had some problems adding on the A2+ workbench initially but got there in the end. When positioning/mating two parts the properties box displayed on screen is not opening fully to enable me to delete, solve or accept the constraint, I have tried to pu...

Re: Another approach to assembly solver (A2plus)

Hi @toralf, I'm trying to get involved in the A2p WB. Thank you for your interest on A2plus. Handling of transparency is still a work in progress and there are some issues. When FC doc gets saved with transpareny off, all is ok, but when FC doc gets saved with transparency on and FC is closed and on...

Re: Engine running with A2Plus

What I'm trying to do is make the animation run a little faster. In a thread I was recommended to deactivate the following lines Hi Diego, good work ! :D A2plus is not really a simulation WB, as it's solver is python based ATM. Therefore it can not compare with solvers written in C. Perhaps this wi...

Re: Import Datum entities into A2+

@Klaus, it would be nice to test the addition of a Datum Plane... this item is much similar to a Face, so probably it would be much easier to add constraints to this kind of item compared to LCSs. Yes, having selectable geometry as such plane could ease making new constraints for that. As an altern...

Re: Import Datum entities into A2+

But it seams hat Klaus has done the code to import the LCS. What still needs to be done? Hi, not really much work regarding use of LCS has been done. The implemented code for importing LCS's is more a test than something else. For sure it will be usefull to import LCS' as reference data as doing so...

... It will work repeatedly if I use "accept" to exit the dialog but if I click the "X" in the top right to exit the dialog no longer appears.
Thank you for the hint.
