If you then select the offset line and do some magic (probably in Part) you could get an offset sketch.
What magic did you mean? :)

Re: A sketch scaling

as i did show in the Video you need AFTER the vectorise to get the 2 Views seperated thne delete the original RIGHT MOUSE Click I saw the second video twice. I removed the original image. So the vectorized image left only. The SVG file was very fine. But when I opened it in FC the result was wrong....

Re: A sketch scaling

I used Inkscape and made an SVG file. It is ok.
I imported it into FC. The result is wrong. Why?

Re: A sketch scaling

Thanks a lot, guys!
Do you think, my algorithm should be this?
1. Editing in GIMP (if it is needed).
2. Vectorize in Inkscape.
3. Import in FC and working with it.

hi you need a bspline to ofset it in Draft
I have tried it!
But this spline (only in Draft WB!) does not allow to form my shape! Maybe, spline's type is not suitable for it or my using is wrong...

Re: A sketch scaling

Ok, I will tell you about my goal. I need to make a shape for biscuits.
How can I draw it in FC?
I use Import WB to load an image and use Part Design WB (sketches) to draw the contours. But I need a scaling copy some sketches...
Maybe I should use Draft WB, I am estimating it now...
