Re: Links on the download page hardly visible

Hmmm... I don't know where any of the web pages are.
Are they all gitted up and mods would need to be submitted as for source code?
But I don't see a downloads.php in my source tree.

Re: Wrong WIKI content for PART > SLICE

Have any of you guys ever tried the What's This button? Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who does, and it's like for everybody else I speak Martian. :? In fact, it's the only "What's this" I've ever used that is useful. Usually things like that pop up a one-liner that I read and say, "Well, y...

I don't think that anybody can change the css file for the website, you may need Yorik for that.
I think I can do it without access to the css. Since it's specific to that page, at least at the moment, I'll see about doing it there.
Busy today, but will get to it asap.

Re: [bug?] dimension constraints accept unitless values as mm

Excellent, Thanks. Easy to reproduce with the last example.
Sounds like a bug to me, but I don't think I'm qualified to proclaim it as such.

However, I will document it.

Re: Online Help Toc

Regarding external workbenches: are you using a 0.18 development build? It has a new Start Page with a "Help" tab where external addons are listed, if you authorize FreeCAD to connect to the Internet. See the bottom right text block in the screenshot below. Question: are external workbenches guaran...

Re: [bug?] dimension constraints accept unitless values as mm

@kisolre Can you give better instructions for how to reproduce this? I don't understand the following: 1. Create sketch, draw rectangle, constraint it, pad. What constraints did you use? I cannot enter a constraint of "(10 + 12)" -- it is initially taken as "(10 + 12) thou" If I delete the "thou" it...

after that page, this feature disappears. any reason?
Only because those editing the manual have gotten side-tracked or too busy. They should not be added to normal wiki pages; only those in the "Manual:xxx" part.

Re: Links on the download page hardly visible

I would vote for second or third, all three of them are are easy to read. Is it possible to have both, underline and color. As you mentioned above, underline makes them easily identifiable as links. I appreciate your concerns about bandwidth, but I have seen much worse spoiling. Yes, I thought the ...

Re: Links on the download page hardly visible

I hope I'm not wasting bandwidth here. 3 files attached, increasing saturation. These are not perfect mock-ups; the text is originally anti-aliased. These were a selection of "most" of the text pixels and filling them all with the same color. The original hue was very unscientifically arrived at; I ...
