In the sketch attachment properties I changed the axis of rotation (X=1) and rotatet the desired Angle as in the marked area in the screenshot. X, Y are sketches axes and Z is the normal of the sketch plane.

You can edit the description directly in the tree, just like object labels.
How? RMB/Rename edits the label, double click has corresponding action.

They can if they are created from a carboncopy of the master sketch. There is a difference between the Body object and its actual geometry. In your master sketch approach you move the geometry of the body and not the body itself. And for that to succeed you need to have all placements/dimensions/re...

You missed the point. Selfintersection is not inside the sketch but in the resulting sweep geometry. This happens with tight internal arcs and long internal sections of the sweep profile.

Because bodies can not be ATTACHED to things? They can be placed but they will not follow sketch changes.

No, you can not. In PartDesign you always pad/pocket along sketch normal. To get an angled pocket you rotate the sketch accordingly and this rotates the pocket
