I want to get some information about a long time running operation. Hallo Mark I also have the effect, that the line disappears when I rotate the cylinder. the primitive cylinder has the property angle with value 360° and there exactly is a scar when you rotate the cylinder then the wrong edge disappears. however I see on your example on the buttom the wrong octagon...
