I think you're asking if it's possible to serialize your geomatics objects? If so, of course we can - but I'll have to revisit how that works, lol. But if memory serves, you'll basically make your own objects serializable. I didn't build it with anyone else in mind, so it may require some refactori...

I'm using this method for mesh and it will works for shape. I created an app::featurepython object then I added a mesh property to it. Then by using this mesh property's variables I created display by using coin 3d nodes.

You can add a property to it that contain the shape.
I didn't try that.

You need to create an App::DocumentObjectGroupPython object
