mirroring is not a good construction it is a Laisy use
the midplane workaround is a good solution to get double cones

hi
save a copy of the file on 0,18 and use a simple copy of the shape you try to process on Path i guess
this is always a good thing to only get one item in the JOB

most shape string from nice fancy fonts are a hell of a mess
converting to sketch is offen the best way to do it
also the import of a DXF is the same way to be converted to the sketch mode
like here at 1min timeline

if you want to print it cris methos is a bit better to cura
if you like to stay a real solid its more to the point version

its a simple 1/4 ball
so why dident you cust get a radius sketch and make a rotation 90 deg part and you are done
no need to convert that simple parts

you can go tha HARD WAY
use BLENDER 3D to fix manifolds

i got a simple question WHY is this a 0,3mm or small champfer the drawing needs to say all edges chamfer 0,3 no real Part is to be that precise or accurat on that even if only top and back are to be chamfert "deburring" it needs to be told on drawing not the part the ISO Drawline at main E...
