[Path Feature Request] Create PathShape as member of Job Operations

Hi all, As discussed in the Path forum ( https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewtopic.php?p=198414#p198321 ), The PathShape functionality isn't meant to be an operation type in user level tools, but rather for testing and debugging. However, this functionality is very interesting, it allows among other th...

Re: PathShape is not member of Job Operations (bug?)

Thanks for reply, The right way to do this is to write your own post-processor so it handles drilling cycles properly. In fact, I plan to write G8* postprocessor function ASAP... I will post it, but later (time is not only money)... ;) G8* functions are simple examples in my precedent post and not t...

Hi sgrogan, include OCL in the libpack is à good idea... I will be happy to help... Unfortunately, my time is not extendable and I can't do it now... I'm busy until September... The procedure I used was for compiling OCL from scratch. As the OCL dependency (boost) are already in the li...

Bug report 0003020: 2D offset of circle are not in the right place

Hi, Recently, I found a curious behavior using the offset function to prepare a sketch for laser cutting (need offseting by the half of cutting width to have the exact dimention) : URL : https://freecadweb.org/tracker/view.php?id=3020 When using the Part/2D offset of a circle, the resulting offset i...

Re: OpenCAMlib for Windows

Since the code is hosted on github, the normal procedure would be that you register for free at github, fork the repo, do your changes to your fork and create a pull request. Hi, Since I'm not fluent with git/github, I put (a little) a long time to do the fork and the pull request... But, it's OK f...

Re: OpenCAMlib for Windows

Hi Chris, Again a step forward for Path WB. Perhaps it's not the right place to ask this (tell me where), but, since I am not familiar with OpenSource::SourceCoding::Contribution() : I don't know how to send my contribution (Completly new VS2013 project and some code patch to allow VS2013/Windows co...

Re: OpenCAMlib for Windows

Hi, Thanks for replies. First, I tried converting the VS project file to 2013, then, I found the same problems as your's : toons of compile errors.
