Re: Model breaks after union

Fixtor, thanks! I have measured the distance between two points that should become coincident, and got a value of ~4.5e-07. This is slightly above OCC's Precision::Confusion, which is 1e-7 AFAIK. Any sizes that come close to Precision::Confusion are evil. For the stuff to work reliably, the distance...

Re: Can I rotate a Sketch ?

I would recommend you to complete the one half, and then simply mirror your model against XY plane and fuse the mirror with the original. Alternatively, you can detach the sketch from support (use Reorient Sketch command in the menu), and then simply lower the sketch to desired position by adjusting...

Re: Boolean Question

What I want to do is remove everything that is not _both_ a and b, and then completely remove what's left of b. If I got your intention right, you need to: * Select a, then b (the order matters), * Click http://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/images/thumb/4/4a/Part_Cut.png/32px-Part_Cut.png Part Cut . EDIT...

The one that is not working for you is working well for me (I just used Macro ForceRecompute ).
