Re: Implementing a FreeCAD Parts Library?

Hi Juergen and everyone else I don't want my comments to in anyway sound like I suggesting we don't do what you want to achieve. I was actually think of doing something in some manner that is better described as partly or completely in parallel to what you want to achieve. Maybe hook into some of th...

Re: Modifying a Copy of a Part

Hi Stephen You haven't said what your platform is, that is your operating system. You said you downloaded your version so I am guessing you are on some version of Windows??? With Linux you can still download and install in the "silly old windows way" but generally you would not because one of the co...

Re: Implementing a FreeCAD Parts Library?

Hi, I'm back! Juergen How did your move go? The last move I made was of the city into the bush, 270km away, and took me 6 trips, 270*2*6=3240km. :) But moving here was the best thing, no regrets over leaving the city, we are only a bit over an hour's drive out of Canberra (Australia's capital city)...

Hi Yorik I have set up my IRC client but I expect time zones will be the big killer for me. I mean with all you lot still working in yeste...

Re: Modifying a Copy of a Part

For example from the standard Ubuntu repository?? and therefore that could be you problem. Currently FreeCAD copies in all the 5 modes I have descri...

Re: print to scale

Hi everyone "My only desire is to do 1" = 1'." There are two issues here, one is printing to scale and one is imperial.
