Re: Proposal to remove 2-point rectangle

Re: Problem with BIM extrude and circle

Please include pictures of what you are referring to. I'm not familiar with a BIM extrude tool, and the are a few extrude options currently. So it's hard to discern what you are talking about. People program and add tools all the time so perhaps it could be a new tool you have that I don't have?....

Re: FreeCAD Logo Design

Below it is. Notice at now I use "approximative" colors. If I find official color values, I can apply them. But not cheating, pictures are stock coming from FC. I really like those 2 options. Now we must figure out the best way to use it. openBrain wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 8:22 am Hi triplus. Actua...

Label tag doesn't translate well on tech draw.

Label tag alignment doesn't work on techdraw and there is no setup to fix it or adjust it. Picture of original Drawing to go on sheet and display a difference between what Arch Section can read, and What DraftView can read and their various errors. Re: Architecture work in FreeCAD

Just sharing, Revamped the project, modeling objects look much better, and have better strategy to model them. When i'm done soon i'll share the file. Still lots of observable issues but looking for the best way to handle things with what's currently available.

Re: FreeCAD Logo Design

Actually a raw boolean cut won't change anything. But I tried in that way by cutting in the 'F' an overscaled clone of the gear. Also rotated the gear so it better appears. Finally shortened a bit the gear length. Here it is : I like it, it looks much better. I'm trying to think a good place where ...

Re: Draft scale v0.18 is broken?

I can concur with you, It seems on the latest version I donwloaded last night, the scale tool seems to be broken and behaves exactly as you have described. except mine doesn't put the new scaled tool at 0,0,0 but puts it way off someone lost in 3D space FreeCAD_0.18.15972_Conda_Py3Qt5_glibc2.12-x86_...

Re: FreeCAD Logo Design

not bad at all. what will it look like if you boolean the gear from the F, so that we can see the entire gear shape?
