Re: Traduction and ‎FuzzyBot

I cam across it by the page http://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/index.php?title=Material/de . I've already made some progress in translation. Then Mario52 made a little change in the page template and the FuzzyBot reverted ALL changes on the page. Move them all by hand to the new translation system is re...

Re: Sketcher font size

Ok, that was a good hint. It really only appears in perspective view. Than is the reason why I didn't recognized it earlier, cause I didn't used the perspective view till some weeks where I started to use the raytracing workbench. So it isn't a real problem for me any more.

Re: Sketcher font size

I use debian testing on x86-64 with the fglrx drivers. I never had grey boxes instead of numbers, but the fglrx driver I've just installed some weeks ago and this specific sketch is older. with smaller numbers I have no problem, if they doesn't get that small ;)

Sketcher font size

I have the problem, that fonts in sketcher some times get nearly unreadable small. This depends on the zoom size. Here are two pics of it: Font size is OK at low zoom http://i43.tinypic.com/t0rrec.png Font size too small at higher zoom levels. http://i40.tinypic.com/28uryhs.png In higher zoom levels...

Re: Luxrender

While spaces in object names are no problem with Luxrender for me (tested with version lux-v1.3.1-x86_64-sse2-OpenCL), povray (tested with Version 3.6.1) don't like them.

Re: Error while building FreeCAD on Debian jessie

I had the same problem. The cause is, that debian is switching to a newer boost version for this package. You can also fix it by go back to the 0.6er packages and lock them as long, as the switch is to the new boost versions is not done.

Re: Bug in sketcher constraint solver

I may be wrong, but does the equality constraint 18 mean that both lines go to the same direction? If I remove the constraint 18, then pull the lower right vertical to the left that it is near to the lower left one, and than add the equality constraint to the horizontals again, the lowest horizontal...

Bug in sketcher constraint solver

Hi,

the attached example shows a bug in the sketcher constraint solver. The lowest horizontal line can't be set to anything else than 6.0. If you set it to 6.0 it is marked as redundant. That is obviously wrong.

Cheers, detlef

Re: undefined symbol in Part.so

A complete reinstall of the OS solves the problem. Strange... So topic is closes, at least for me.

Re: undefined symbol in Part.so

So, if a recent FreeCAD version worked then there must have been a change in the OCE code causing this error. But it could also be possible that you must build OCE from scratch because the build could be corrupted. The last time I've updated FreeCAD and OCE before the last update is about two week ...
