Okay I'll try to upload the 0.17 release files tonight, and why not, 0.18 too... Curious to see if the upload system of SF got any better... Good to hear latest stable FreeCAD binaries will get added. As if such volume of end users is using SourceForge to download FreeCAD. It i guess makes sense to listen to such demand.

First of all the strategy to develop PieMenu and Command Panel in parallel (again) turned out to be a bad strategy. Instead doubling the performance the overall day-to-day work done has reduced. Therefore in the next week or two i will try to finish Command Panel altogether. And after move to PieMen...

Didn't have time for the announcement but note that last week i updated the AppImage (Conda_Py3Qt5) build procedure. Therefore now latest available FreeCAD package and dependencies like OCCT gets added, version information should be included in the AppImage name, PIPTools are included (located under...

There could already be something like that implemented in FreeCAD. Hover over the navigation indicator with a mouse (located at the bottom right corner in the status bar). Some clues should emerge.
