Variable Rebaring

Is there any way out or solution to model variable rebaring in a structure?
Please find the sample file in the attachments and see the screenshots.

Re: Structural nodes

This post is very interesting for a structural engineer. I'm glad to see the heavy improvements/additions made in FreeCAD in a very short time. :-)

Disturbed Sketches and customised doors

Why do sketches of a parametric model made in 0.17 version get disturbed when opened in 0.16 version?
And why am I not able to insert my customised door in the wall in 0.17 version but able to do so in 0.16 version?

Kindly check the following file.

Re: IFC Certification

Have you opened the pdfs. Lots of stuff on lots of softwares is not supported but they all are certified. That is what I want to convey. If buildingSMART is certifying such software which have incomplete IFC support, then it is a corrupt organisation. It is either earning money from the certificati...

Greetings, Thanks for suggesting about Flamingo workbench but I want to create members (column, beam and slab etc) having rebars of different shape with some default values of different parameters like a clear cover, edge cover etc. In the whole process, I want to automate all user stuff. However, ...

(http://buildingsmart.org/compliance/certified-software/) (http://www.buildingsmart-tech.org/certification/ifc-certification-2.0/ifc2x3-cv-v2.0-certification/participants) I'm looking forward to study the following: (http://www.buildingsmart-tech.org/certifi...

2 little things - your audio is not very good try an external microphone. - freecad can do the math for you in the parameter line ie x position 700-30 mm +plus, - minus, /devided by, * mltiply by are all supported as well as mm m inch foot and a bunch of other units Yes, I agree. I'll try to improv...

Re: Export Analysis Model to IFC

At the moment no, we don't really have a way to make an analytic model in FreeCAD yet. I must basically implement 2356 and we'll have something to get started with... If this happens, i.e, "Ability to export to structural analysis view IFC" as per issue 2356 you mentioned, then FreeCAD will become ...
