The normal workflow for this is not to do it in a sketch, but rather in the solid. So it looks like these are voids in a washer type object? Make one sketch of the washer and Pad it. Then make a sketch of the voids and pocket them, then use a pattern transform to rotate. Because there is no file in ...

If there had been some thought put into the position of the model, it would be trivial to use a multitransform.
There is no file so, impossible to say if that is still a way forward.
