I can host a small Raspberry Pi server at home so we can bridge the Github repository, this phpBB forum, Gitters, and the IRC channel to the FreeCAD Discord channel. I can also give the moderation of that channel to any of the core developers.

As an update to this issue, Although the Draft Workbench's clone doesn't suffer the placement issue of the Part Design Workbench, one caveat should be that the clones are not editable in Part WorkBench anymore.
