Re: Release discussion 0.15

So, what do you think about a feature freeze for end of January? Then after a test phase of a few weeks we can do the final release in end of February. So it would make sense to brush up the translations now, wouldn't it. If I read the crowdin logs correctly, yorik has uploaded strings already two ...

Python dependencies for FreeCAD Modules

Hi, I am currently in the process of adapting some parts of BOLTS with the goal of eventually integrating BOLTS directly into FreeCAD. It would be very convenient for me to use some python dependencies ( jsonschema for validation, constraining order for parameter resolution, pyyaml for parsing). The...

If anybody is around and wants to meet up and discuss a bit, just drop me a note.

Re: persistent storage between different macros

Sounds like this could be realized by letting step 1 create a custom python feature
Scripted_objects
in that way you can store data directly on the object (along with the geometric shape)
and access it later.

This even works after saving and loading to a FCstd file.

Re: Android Viewer

WebGL sollte einfach im Browser funktionieren und kann von FreeCAD exportiert werden.

I am not interested in supporting closed model hosters. But feel free to do it yourself.
